Cancellation Policy
Once a deposit is made for a service or payment is made for a product and your appointment is secured, the deposit and or payment is NON-REFUNDABLE. You can rescheduled FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS before your appointment date. However, we understand that circumstances can change unexpectedly. If you are within FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS of your appointment, you may reschedule once using your original deposit or payment.
If you are within THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS of your appointment, your original deposit or payment CANNOT be used. However, you can provide a new deposit to reschedule.
